Affordable housing for Morpeth

Demand for housing in the popular Northumberland town of Morpeth has never been higher. And there’s always been a particular shortage of affordable starter homes in the desirable county town.

“Balancing the desperate need for affordable new homes with protecting landscapes and important wildlife sites is what we do best at ethical partnership” Allen Creedy is the partner who is bring together this exciting proposal for affordable homes. He hopes that all the pre- application negotiations will be complete in time to submit the planning application in the summer.

The proposals are still under wraps whilst all the possible implications are fully understood and until any local concerns there may be can be addressed. Allen said “we’re talking to the council planners, neighbours and affordable housing associations to make sure we’ve got a scheme which satisfies as many people as possible, only then will we submit the application”

If you are interested in knowing more about the scheme, or want to know how we can help you get planning permission please contact us
