Bats in the belfry?

We have been waiting for Spring for surveys for Great Crested Newts to be carried out on a large expanse of woodland in the north east.  When certain applications can be submitted along with supporting surveys depends on the time of year should certain European protected species exist on the site.  Bat emergence surveys can only be carried out in the spring and early summer when the weather is warm enough.  So whether it is bats in the belfry or newts in the pond we can offer advice and supporting surveys for your planning application.
