As of today, 1st July 2019, ethical partnership are no longer a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) but are a Limited Company. The change sees Ethical Planning LLP become Ethical Planning (North East) Limited, however we will continue to trade as ethical partnership.
As we grow as a business, we have decided to change to a Limited company to show our permanence, credibility, stability and our commitment to our ongoing successes! As we are offering more services and working with more clients than ever before, we thought we’d take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support. We are all excited to see where this next chapter will take us – we certainly have more exciting projects on the way!
