Northumberland Square is part of the fine North Shields conservation area, we’re proud to be contributing to its preservation with the sensitive restoration on one of the Georgian terrace houses – we’re proposing the sensitive reconstruction of the Victorian offshoot – having discovered that its built with no foundations! Restoring the garden railings, stone entrance steps, rebuilding the boundary walls restoring some of the stone cills and lintels and internal conversion to offices. Looking forward to discussing it with the local planning authority in the coming weeks.
