Alannah Healey Attains RTPI Chartered Town Planner Status

We are proud of our dear colleague and friend Alannah Healey, who has become a Chartered Town Planner after being elected as a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

Upon graduating from her RTPI-accredited degree from Newcastle University in 2019, Alannah joined the Institute to become a Licentiate member whilst building up a vast amount of experience with us at ethical partnership, working on various different projects including: producing planning statements and managing the submission and determination of planning applications, delivering high-quality heritage statements for Paragraph 79 houses, achieving and delivering listed-building consents, writing appeal statements, writing objection letters for and on behalf of community groups and identifying the development potential of sites and working on local plan representations.

Finally, following the RTPI’s Assessment of Professional Competence, Alannah is now a RTPI Chartered Town Planner.

“I am really pleased to have been elected as a Chartered Planner after what has been a challenging 15 months for all of us. The projects I have worked on this year have given me invaluable experience to enable me to meet the high standards set by the RTPI. I am grateful to all my colleagues and others that I have worked with during this time.”
