We are now the RTPI NE Small Planning Consultancy of the Year!

Words cannot describe how happy, honoured and excited we are that we have been awarded ‘Small Planning Consultancy of the Year’ by the RTPI North East as part of the annual RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence!

The RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence celebrate outstanding plans, projects and people that demonstrate the power of planning. These awards highlight exceptional examples of how planning and planners have a positive impact on our quality of life in creating exceptional places and protecting our environment.

We have had an incredibly busy – but also fulfilling – year. We have been taking on a variety of new projects, continuing with many of our large-scale and large-term schemes, and seeing many more projects through to completion! Alongside this, we’ve expanded and taken on more people to our team, increasing the services that we offer.

Individually, we have had a variety of successes too. Peter Gillan has been named a ‘Rising Star’ within the transport industry, Jo Rogers has been named a ‘Woman of Influence 2021’ by the RTPI and The Planner, Alannah Healey was a finalist for ‘Young Planner of the Year’ at the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence, and Sophie Stanton has had research on Urban Regeneration published by Cities Forum.

At EP, we are confident and assured in the work that we do. But being named Small Planning Consultancy of the Year is a nice bonus too!

We have a wide breadth of knowledge regarding planning matters. We are an interdisciplinary team and will be able to advise and support you in all planning, architectural and landscape needs.
