We are delighted and honoured to be selected as finalists for the Small Planning Consultancy of the Year category at the RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence 2022! We want to thank the judges at both the RTPI and the RTPI North East, everyone at EP for their tremendous hard work and dedication, and to all of our clients and partners who we have worked with on a variety of projects over the year.
The RTPI Awards for Planning Excellence celebrates outstanding plans, projects and people that demonstrate the power of planning across all levels of society. These awards aim to highlight the most exceptional examples of how planning and planners have a positive impact on our quality of life in creating exceptional places and protecting our natural and built environment.
Following on from being awarded Small Planning Consultancy of the Year by the RTPI North East, we were invited to London on 30th November as finalists in the national awards along with the category winners from all of the other regions. Whilst we did not win this time, being selected as a finalist for the ‘Small Planning Consultancy of the Year’ award alongside the other 10 finalists is certainly an honour. We want to congratulate the winner and all of the other finalists. We have really enjoyed meeting and reading about the other finalists in our category – we were certainly up against some formidable competition!

After a very successful year, we are looking forward to going into 2023 as Small Planning Consultancy of the Year for the North East region, and finalists in the national awards. With a wide variety of projects across different sectors, we are excited to see where the next year takes us all at EP.
