Ethical Partnership were able to successfully guide the client and the design team through the application process. The proposed family dwelling has been sensitively designed to respond to the character and appearance of the local area, while providing a dwelling which is able to meet the needs of modern family life.
Its design is based upon a detailed appraisal of existing buildings on and adjacent to the site, and aims to blend the development into its setting, being sympathetic to the existing vernacular in terms of form and materials. One of the key goals of the project was to create a home that can meet its energy demands entirely through the use of renewable resources.
